Comments of the cellarman
Bright pale pink dress.
The nose is an explosion of roasted aromas and citrus. On the palate, notes of white flowers mingle with aromas of apricot and pear.
The finish is round with a small persistent grain reminiscent of its sweet aging in barrels.
True vertigo, this wine is an invitation for our senses to wander out.

Vinification

The harvest is carried out at night in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes.
Grenache and vermentino grapes come from our high quality hillside plots.
The best grains are selected before being assembled in the press and then directly pressed and clarified naturally cold. Alcoholic fermentation takes place between 15°-18°C for 3 weeks. The aging of the wine continues in barrels, on fine lees in order to give it roundness and fat.
