Wine making:
Parcel maturity control. Yield 15 hl per ha.
Traditional wine making process with destemming without crushing.
Post fermentation skin contact of around 3 weeks for the syrah variety.
The varieties are raised separately in order to develop the characteristics of each one.
Assembly after 20 months raising in French oak barrels.
Bottling at the Domaine after a total raising time of 24 months.
